IdeaRadar Pro ("the Service") is a market validation tool that helps users assess the viability of app ideas using publicly available data from the App Store, Reddit, Hacker News, and other sources, combined with AI-generated analysis.
The Service is operated by IdeaRadar Pro ("we", "us", or "our").
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your account secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
IdeaRadar Pro offers 3 free validations without an account, tracked by IP fingerprint. Additional scans require a Pro subscription at $9.99/month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You can update or cancel your payment method at any time through the billing portal.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The validation reports generated by IdeaRadar Pro are for informational purposes only. They are based on publicly available data and AI analysis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any report for any particular purpose.
IdeaRadar Pro reports are not financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of business success. You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on our reports.
You own your ideas. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the ideas you submit or the reports we generate for you.
The IdeaRadar Pro name, logo, website design, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third-party sources (App Store, Reddit, etc.) will be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaRadar Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
