Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to IdeaRadar Pro. This page explains exactly what happens with your money — no surprises.

Short version: Cancel anytime and you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for time already used, but we'll always work with you if something went wrong on our end.

Free Trial

IdeaRadar Pro includes 3 free validations — no credit card required. Use them to evaluate the product before subscribing. We encourage you to try before you buy.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings — just go to Account → Cancel membership. No forms, no emails, no questions asked.

When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier and you keep access to your scan history.

You will not be charged again after cancelling.

Refunds

Because IdeaRadar Pro is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable unless an exception applies (see below).

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access for the rest of that month but won't receive a refund for it.

Exceptions — When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

Duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same period due to a technical error.

Extended outage — the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault during your billing period.

Unauthorised charge — your payment method was used without your authorisation (please also contact your bank in this case).

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email hello@idearadarpro.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We review all requests fairly and respond within 2 business days.

Pricing Changes

If we change the price of Pro, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you choose not to continue.
